This page allows you to selectively opt IN or OUT of our Emailing lists. You may change your Email address and/or Email List Preferences. We periodically send out information that is beneficial to HVA members and the hospice community-at-large. You can easily stay informed on various topics by making your choices here.

If you are an HVA member you should use the Profile Update page (accessible under Member Services on the main menu) to manage email preferences.

Whether you are opting IN or OUT of a list, start by entering your current Email address. If you are changing your Email address, please enter your old and new Email address. Please make any preference changes as well, if any. Uncheck the boxes next to the topics you are not interested in and click the Update button.
