Payment methods we accept
The Hospice Volunteer Association accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Check Card, personal check, hospice check, money order, or cashier's check denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
We do not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal or Smart Cards.
Where do I send my check or money order?
You must place your order online before mailing us your payment. When entering your payment information, select the appropriate payment option.
After you have submitted your order, you can send payment to the address below. Please be sure to write your e-mail address or order number on the check or money order so we may properly credit your account.

Shipping Rates
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment plus additional smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:
(Per-Shipment Cost) + (All Per-Item Costs) = Total Shipping Fee
Shipping Options
We offer either Standard (3 to 5 business days) or Expedited (2 business days) shipping. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and international shipments may take longer.
We do not calculate the actual shipping charges for international orders at time of purchase. You will be notified via email of the actual shipping charges before you are charged for the purchase. You will have the option to cancel the order at that time.
